Unlocking Ulysses: Telemachus Holds the Key
As we begin the centenary year of the publication of James Joyce's Ulysses, Professor Thomas O'Grady will give a talk on the book's first episode. His title: “Unlocking Ulysses: Telemachus Holds the Key."

While Ulysses has captivated readers for 100 years, the book can hold challenges for readers. In this talk, Professor O'Grady will explore the meaning and importance of the book's first episode: "Telemachus."
His talk is part of the Keough-Naughton Institute's year-long celebration and interrogation of Ulysses, with events planned on campus, and in Rome, Paris, and Dublin.
