Opening Night: Ulysses Journey 2022

On Wednesday, 2 February 2022, the 100th anniversary of the publication of James Joyce's Ulysses, CMC & CCI present simultaneous world premiere screenings of six newly commissioned new music and film works by composers and filmmakers from Ireland in IFI Dublin & CCI Paris.

The Dublin screening, presented by CMC in association with The Irish Film Institute, will take place at IFI Dublin, located in Friends Meeting House, at 6 Eustace St, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, D02 PD85, at 5.30pm on Wednesday, 2 February 2022. The Dublin screening will also be complemented by a discussion on musical responses to Joyce and Ulysses by composer Benjamin Dwyer in conversation with CMC’s Projects, Programmes & Events Manager Linda O’Shea Farren.
