Ulysses and Us - Exhibition showcasing Hungarian reception of Ulysses in translation & critical scholarship
'Ulysses and Us' is a book exhibition showcasing the Hungarian reception of James Joyce's Ulysses in translations and in critical scholarship.

The Hungarian James Joyce Society & the Embassy of Ireland present 'Ulysses and Us', a book exhibition being held in the Hungarian National Library of Foreign Literature to mark the 100th anniversary of the publication of James Joyce's Ulysses, showcasing the Hungarian reception of the epoch-making novel in translations and in critical scholarship.
The exhibition will be open on 29 March with a a welcome address by H.E. Ronan Gargan, Ambassador of Ireland to Hungary and an introduction to the exhibition by Professor András Kappanyos, Literary Historian.
